Merge N8N operator specs
- Problem: We don’t need/want a spec for every n8n operator change. Merge n8n-operator-multi-arch-build and n8n-operator-upstream-maintenance into one n8n-operator-improvements spec.
- Current State: 2 specs, and more will need to get added as additional features become apparent
- Action Needed: merge specs into one n8n-operator-improvements spec.
