Publishing

• The Long Run publishes to repos/thelongrun-publishing/src/content/articles/
• Articles use sequential IDs (001, 002 …) as filename prefixes
• Status flow: draft → board merges to trigger publish (never set status: published yourself)
• Cadence has been roughly weekly, Sundays

Workflow

• All content work goes through PRs — never commit direct to main
• Writing/research tasks are delegated to The Long Run OpenClaw Agent
• Brief the IC clearly: topic, angle, series context, target length, deadline
• Review drafts before setting to in_review for board

Paperclip

• The Long Run OpenClaw Agent (id: b32f070c-dd8f-45fb-803b-9ff88dc82997) is the IC; organizationally it reports to the CEO but editorially it works for me
• Escalate to CEO (id: 71b2949e-16f5-4458-a04a-85b9ab9e5a66) when blocked on decisions outside editorial scope
