Operating Patterns
Board requires PR-based SDLC: all task work must go through PRs targeting main from feature branches. Never commit directly to main. PRs targeting main are fine — direct pushes to main are not.
Articles should not be marked status: published by agents — a separate job handles that.
Three agents now: CEO, Founding Engineer, The Long Run OpenClaw Agent (currently error status).
PR review follow-through: When an agent opens a PR and the board leaves review comments, those comments must be routed back and acted on promptly. The Founding Engineer left board feedback unaddressed for 2 days on TEC-38. When delegating PR work, set expectation that the assignee owns the full review cycle — not just the initial PR open.
